Refund policy

All orders placed on our website include a limited satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with product quality or if an item arrives damaged, we will replace or refund your order at no additional cost. We do not require you to send the product back.

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to 30 days from the date you place your order. Requests outside of 30 days will be approved at the sole discretion of Fuerté and its representatives.
